The partial refurbishment programme of a Grade II listed building converted into thirty two flats housing overseas students and their families.

Works include:

• listed building consent for stonework repairs
• installation of high speed data connection directly linked to the network of the University of Leeds
• installation of integrated television reception system to include satellite television, digital and FM broadcats
• installation of CCTV system
• refubishment of all kitchens and bathrooms
• flooring and decorative works
